A Report on Incidence of Motorcycle Crash

INTRODUCTION

Modernization and the advancement of societies have been made possible through science and technology. This advancement had with time reduced the world to a global village. Two most important technological advancements which have made this possible are the telecommunication and the transport industries. These development models were spearheaded by Europe and America, (Cohen J, Dannhaeuser N. (2002). Seeing how beneficial these models were to the financial economy of a country they were quickly adopted by the developing world despite the inadequacies in infrastructure development. Especially in the transport sector, there were inadequate roads to connect the country and even the few available roads were so rough that it added up to the cost of maintaining these motor vehicles. Cheaper motor vehicles capable of surviving the rough roads with less maintenance cost were considered and gradually the motorcycle became an option. It had a low maintenance cost and was the most capable of using the bad roads and even connect places with no linking roads.
