The descriptive survey design was used for the study. Two research questions and one hypothesis were postulated to guide the study. The target population for this study comprised 8,300 teachers from the 235 public secondary schools in the state. A sample size of 830 teachers was used for the study. The multistage and purposive sampling techniques were employed to select the study sample. Two researcher developed instruments were used to collect data. These were titled “Administrators’ Interpersonal Intelligence Questionnaire (AIIQ)” and “Quality Management of Education Questionnaire (QMEQ)”. The instruments were pilot tested and reliability coefficients of 0.94 and 0.96 were obtained using Cronbach Alpha Technique. The data collected were analyzed using Mean, Standard Deviation and Pearson Product Moment Correlation. The findings revealed that most administrators possessed mid level interpersonal intelligence and qualitative management of education.
