Analysis of The Law Relating to Human Trafficking in Uganda in Comparison with Kenya and Tanzania.

ABSTRACT This research paper is conducted purposely to assess the law used by the governments of Uganda, Kenya, and Tanzania in their efforts to combat human trafficking both at the national and international levels. The paper goes ahead to show the different tactics used by human traffickers in the process of human trafficking; defines the legal framework for human trafficking at the regional, national and international level; the causes of human trafficking in three countries, and also the different forms of human trafficking. The last part ~f the research paper contains the recommendations to the government and the general public in the fight against human trafficking then after the conclusion of the entire report.
