Descriptive statistics were used to characterize the activities carried out under the FP+ project. Bivariate analyses using Chi square was used to test the associations between dependent and independents variables. Multiple logistic regression was carried out on variables that were statistically significant at the bivariate level and Crude and Adjusted odds ratio were computed. Results: The study showed that the proportion of women who accessed long active reversible contraceptive in the Ga east Municipality was 157 (46.3%). The Level of satisfaction of women who access FP+ projects was 93.2%. The age (AOR= 0.20; 95% CI=0.03-0.78), number of children (AOR= 2.11; 95% CI=1.03-4.28), marital status (AOR= 5.2; 95% CI=2.18-12.54) and educational level (AOR= 3.7; 95% CI=1.85.-12.68) were the factors significantly associated with contraceptive use under FP+ projects.
