Communication has always been an effective tool used by management of organizations to enhance performance, this project work is divided into five chapters. The chapters expantiate on the background to the study, the theory framework that are used in the study and the data analysis technique adopted by the researcher in carrying his research on the study and draw a conclusion from the findings in the last chapter.
