There is a need for managers to enhance sustainability as a must key consideration when designing LNGOs programs and Projects. Fundraising leaders and resource mobilization teams should consider the financial resources needed to finish the program/project and match this with the design and work plans. This will help eliminate the
potential of discontinuing the program/project for a lack of resources. It is important to establish an effective process and mechanism to ensure effective monitoring of compliance with Organizational leadership related responsibilities including fulfillment of prescribed duties.
