There is a need for the government, to empower youths to take advantage of the opportunities by opening up both market forces in the domestic and international markets economies, through agricultural system. There was a need to establish centers of entrepreneurial production in every area, of which might be used as the focal point for cooperation and coordination, among the youths to force them working around the center. The problems are no longer related to youth but rather to policy makers and government at large, on the one hand and education for sustainable production on the other.
