EXECUTIVE SUMMARY 

This research report contains five chapters that is, chapter one, chapter two, chapter three, chapter four and chapter five. Chapter one contains the background of the study, statement of the problem, objectives of the study, research questions, significance of the study, and scope of the study. Chapter two presents a recap of related literature available on the study subject, the theoretical review, relationship between family conflicts and children’s well-being, the causes/source of family conflicts, consequences of family conflicts on children’s well-being, the conceptual frame work and strategies that can be adopted by stakeholders to carb family conflicts. Chapter three covers the research design, study area, study population, sample size, methods of data collection, data analysis and processing, validity and reliability of the instruments, ethical consideration and anticipated problems during the research. Chapter four involves the empirical findings, the source or causes of family conflicts, consequences of family conflicts on children well-being and strategies that can be adopted by stakeholders to carb family conflicts. Chapter five involves summary of the findings, conclusions, recommendations and areas for further research as per the discussion and the findings of this study.
