Abstract The effect of aqueous extract of Moringa oleifera seed on serum cortisol and body weights was investigated in 24 adult Wistar rats for 21 days. Dried Moringa oleifera seeds were powdered by an electric blender. With the aid of an oven regulated at 400C and water, the Moringa oleifera seed extract was produced.
