The study investigated the trend of Global Competition and Technological innovations in the world of Business for clear analysis of their influence on Business strategies, activities and structure ofMoi International Airport, in Mombasa Kenya.

Global Competition and Technological innovations exemplified the forces that the management has to put in mind, while Business strategies, activities and structure exemplified Business functions that are affected by Global Competition and Technological innovation. The study sought to establish relationship between global competition and technological innovations on business activities and structure because the fusion of information technology and telecommunication is creating new industries, restructuring existing industries and radically changing the way firms compete, and increased need for Globalization and emerging technological advancement within the business arena. This was in view of the fact that
management and the operational environment of business organizations have become uncertain, volatile, while management decisions, activities strategies and business structures remain fairly the same. The study was conducted through qualitative research design, and data was collected for three months, using questionnaires, interviews and document analysis techniques from the 6 heads of the various department found within the airport IO members of staff selected randomly and IO clients served at the airport both aeronautical and non-aeronautical selected from the target population and analyzed using Correlation (r) technique and presented in tables and figures.
