Impact Of Organisation And Management On Public Distribution System Efficiency. (A Case Study Of Joint Medical Store)

ABSTRACT

This study was conducted to investigate the impact of organisation and management on public distribution in Joint Medical Stores. The research had some objectives which it aimed to achieve, among which are: i. To identify the impact of organization and management on public distribution ii. To identify alternatives for improving the distribution system efficiency in Joint Medical Stores. iii. To develop a procurement plan for the acquisition of strategic public health supplies Therefore, to achieve this, an in depth analysis was carried out using the review of related literature as secondary data and the responses from the respondents as the sources of the primary data (questionnaires and interviews) were used here.Data was analysed by the use of descriptive methods such as percentage distributionand frequency distribution. The findings were then presented in tables and discussed where it was possible
