OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY
The broad objective of the study is to investigate on the impact of organizational value on performance management. Specifically, other relevant objectives of the study will include the followings:
(i) To examine the relationship between organizational value and performance management.
(ii) To examine whether organizational value can actually enhance productivity.
(iii) To review the basic elements of organizational value.
(iv) To examine the factors capable of hindering the value of an organization.
(v) To examine the basic methods of performance management in organization.
(vi) To contribute to the existing body of knowledge in the field of study by identifying areas of congruence and divergence among existing research studies.
