The aim of this research paper is to create awareness as well as study the impact of transgenders Community on Organizational performance. The paper analysis the direct relationship between workforce diversity and organizational performance. Companies that leverage workforce diversity perform better than others. The research also studies the impact of the legal environment i.e., Article 377 and Organization in India. The paper analysis the measures taken by the corporate in favor of the inclusion of trans people in workforce diversity and suggests measures to develop more transparent and inclusive HR policies for transgender people. It provides scope for further research on the contribution of TRANSGENDER members on Organizational performance.
