Independence Of Judiciary In Dispensing Justice A Case Study Of High Court Of Uganda Kampala

ABSTRACT

The notion of independence of judiciary need a supportive arm of government i.e legislature and

executive. Indeed the judiciary should be fully independent as enshrined in Article 128 of 1995

constitution as amended 2005. And should be give all necessary measures to maintain its

impedance like the increased of judges salary.
