Influence of Intra-Regional and Extra-Regional Actor’s Reshape Middle East and North Africa (MENA) Security and Political Development

Abstract

            This study attempt to ascertain the influence of the intra-regional and extra-regional actor’s reshape security and political development under pressure in the middle east and north Africa states on how it affects livelihood and security issues.

            The study relies on secondary source of data collection and analyzes same using qualitative descriptive method. Some of the findings revealed in the study is the outcome of the clashes resulted into an increase in the number of refugees within the middle east and north Africa citizens cause as a result of acrimony on hegemon, territorial integrity, superpower interest and sovereignty. Likewise exploitation of oil in the middle east and north Africa, the crisis in the middle east between Arab-Israeli war, Iraq-Iran war, Israeli-Palestinian clashes on regional order multiply the turnover in political  economy instability and insecurity issues and the reaction of United Nation towards displacement of people in the middle east and north Africa region.   

            Moreover, the study also reveals the impact and role that the international community and United Nations play to broker peace and mediates on how the region will be stable and reduce the rate of refugee cause as a result of clashes and war within the middle east and North Africa region.

            Therefore, the study concludes that there is the need for the United Nations to critically monitors the piling of weapons of mass destruction and chemical materials used in war engagement and as well as help in conflict resolutions and mediations among war-torn states to stamped out the menace of refugees in the middle east and north Africa regional order.
