ABSTRACT The topic titled inventory management techniques and organization performance, a case study of nice house of plastics was done under the objectives including; to find out the relationship between vendor management practices and performance ofNice House ofPlastics, to find out the relationship between Just in time and performance of Nice House of Plastics and to find out the relationship between Material Requirement Planning and performance of Nice House of Plastics. The researcher used a descriptive correlational survey research design where by both quantitative and qualitative approaches in data collection were used. The researcher used Slovene’s Formula to come up with appropriate sample size to be used in the study and sample size of 50 respondents was selected to participate in the study. The researcher used the questionnaire which helped her in collecting data. The researcher’s findings were that since the value labeled Sig. which is the p-value ofthe Pearson Correlation is less than .05 which is the alpha level associated with a 95% confidence level; there is a significant relationship between technical capabilities and project management at Nice House of Plastics, Industrial Area thus an effect between the variables which are vendor management practices and performance. The variables are not independent of each other and that there is a statistical relationship between the categorical variable thus vendor management practices have effect on the performance ofNice House of Plastics, Industrial Area (r = .814*, p
