Abstract
RPA(Robotic process automation) is software bot that automate processes that are rule-based and highly transactional in the HR department. It requires little or no human intervention. In HR automation, a software robot is used to perform upon high-volume and repetitive operational data from HR employees. This is how robotic process automation i.e RPA can be used in HR automation.RPA has the greatest impact in the domain of human resources. The HR department is in charge of a large number of duties. These are monotonous jobs that should be automated. On boarding an employee, leave management, termination, retirement, and the payroll cycle, for example, might all be automated. The HR department is responsible for a large amount of data, including those of current and former employees, payroll, compliance and regulatory requirements, and so on. Manually managing such data is a major undertaking. However, automating data management is more convenient than manually managing data.
