Management Effectiveness Of Continuing Education Centres In Ogun State, Nigeria

ABSTRACT

This study investigated the management effectiveness of continuing education centres in Ogun state. Basically, it focused on ascertaining the level of effectiveness of the coordinators of continuing education centres in managing learners' time, instruction process, human and material resources and its influence on learners' academic performance. In pursuance of the aim of the study, five research questions were raised and five hypotheses formulated and tested in the course of the study. The research questions include:

1.How does the learner perceive their teachers' effectiveness in managing their time and instruction?

2. Does the gender of centre coordinators/teachers have any significant influence on their management effectiveness of learners' time, instruction, human and material resources?

3. Does the educational qualification of centre coordinators have any significant influence on their management effectiveness of learners' time, instruction, human and material resources?
