CHAPTER ONE
1.0 INTRODUCTION
Every child deserves a good health, basic education, equality and protection1a?1p.er the UNICEF report, there are many children's rights that are violated but we shall consider a few for instance; physical abuse, emotional abuse and involvement of children in domestic labor shall be considered for the purpose of this study.
1.1 BACKGROUND Of THE PROBLEM
In a few developing countries including Uganda, the media has a new and a drastically course. The major concern has been (and is) what they carry, the political and the necessary development currently is measured by what they publish or broadcast.
