MOTIVATION EFFECT ON BUSINESS ORGANIZATION (A CASE STUDY OF NIGERIA BREWERIES COMPANY PLC 9TH MILE CORNER UDI-LGA ENUGU STATE )

ABSTRACT
This project concentrates on the study of motivational effects in business organization. With the content of this work, it express or how motivation contributes to the welfare of the workers more especially the Nigeria brewery company Plc.
 The ways Nigeria brewery company Pls should enhance the condition of their employee. And with a view on the finding of the study, which are stated.
1. That Nigeria brewery company is not giving their workers the opportunity  to participate in decision making.
2.Nigeria brewery management are not helpful in resolving the conflicts among their  employees.
3.Nigeria brewery uses their worker without the provision of security that will protect them against changes in economic disaster retirement etc.
4.That Nigeria brewery does not give their worker the opportunity to feel important and be recognised by other, which will lead to a feeling of self confidence and prestige.
5.Workers work environment are, not perfectly designed.
Based on the above findings, recommendation where drawn below:
1.NBL is should know the need for allowing their workers to participate  in decision making that affect them so that they will know how to implement  it in three ways.
2.management should know the need of help to be given to their workers in resolving conflicts for it would bring unity in the organization
