Abstract

Event management system is used to manage all the activity related to event. Inany event many service providers work simultaneously and it is very hard tomanage these providers. It is also important for event organizer that he has allthe contacts details of these service providers so that he can contact them anytime to plan an event at given time. This research work is todesign   and   implement   a   Multi-platform   Real   Time   Event   managementinformation system for Synergy Event Centre, Warri Delta State is To providea   platform   that   will   provides   services   flexible   to   all   target   customers,   Toprovide a platform that will purchase booking services via the Internet. In thecourse   of   this   research   work,   the   Rapid   Application   Development   (RAD)software methodology  is  applied. For this project to be achieved  MicrosoftAsp.NET was used and Microsoft sql server 2008.
