ABSTRACT
A lot of research investigations have been conducted in the area of organisational learning but little research energy so far has been directed in the area of finding out the benefits that accrue to learning organisations.
This vacuum is what this research effort strives to cover. However, review of extant literature revealed that most learning organisations enjoy improved efficiency, possess the right ability to appropriately channel funds to meet customers’ requirements, perk up quality of output at every stage, better the company’s status by imbibing peoples’ friendly strategies, accelerate the speed of improvement in the organisation and maintain and guarantee an improved level of innovation while remaining competitive.
