Problems of Examination Malpractice in Tertiary Institutions and Ways of Solving Them

In many institutions around the world the word “malpractice” has become a common phenomenon.  According to Oxford dictionary, malpractice is defined as: “a careless illegal or unacceptable behavior by somebody in a professional or official position eg. Medical practice”.  Hornby (2003).
The American Heritage dictionary Mifflm (2009) defines malpractice as an “improper or unethical conduct by the holder of a professional or official position”.
