This work tends to examine the nexus between service delivery and development in Nigeria, highlighting the public service delivery agent in Nigeria as proponents of this, and whether it has been able to thrive towards affirming development in the Nigeria society. This study is apt, and adopted a qualitative method to arrive at its findings and recommendations
