ABSTRACT 

This research dealt with the Effectiveness of Community involvement in Forest resource Management and Conservation. The research was carried out with the objective of finding out the impact of involving the Community in Forest resource Management Conservation. The research study used both qualitative and quantitative in nature where by descriptive cross sectional methods were used, data was Collected using questionnaires, face to face interviews, direct assessments (observation) reviewing of literature and was later analyzed using Microsoft Excel. The results of the study indicate that the involvement of communities in forest management and conservation (lendu forest) could help in the direct influence of the livelihood of the people.
