Constitutional Right Provided Under Article 23(6)(A) Of The Constitution Of The Republic.
The Researcher Arrived At Findings Through Desk Researching Which Included Reading Already
Available Information About The Topic, Internet, Text Books, And Any Other Literature Available. The
Study Was Narrowed To Bail Rights, Procedures And Formalities In Uganda With Specific Reference To
Local And International Statutes.
