PROPOSAL

The research study or project work intends to critically examine the impact of leadership on employee performance (A case study of Union Bank Nigeria PLC.)

The research study or project work has been divided into five chapters for convenience sake.

Firstly, chapter one contains Introduction, statement of the problem, Objectives of the study, Significance of the study, Scope of the study, Limitation of the study and Definition of terms.

Secondly, Chapter Two of this project wok brings about Literature Review and The relationship between leadership style and employee performance.                                                

In addition, chapter three gives details of Research Methodology, Data Collection Instrument and Sampling procedure employed. Furthermore, chapter four brings light to the Historical Background of Union Bank, Presentation and analysis of data and Interpretation of data. Finally, chapter five of this study comprises the Summary, Conclusion and Recommendation
