THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN COMMUNICATION AND BUSINESS PERFORMANCE IN THE CONTEXT OF A SOCIAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP VENTURE

This study investigates the impact of communication processes on business performance in a small SEV in Namibia. The results show that while there exists a positive relationship between effective communication and performance in general, the content, context, and process relevant and survey-based research inferences suggest that communication is surprisingly not significantly correlated with performance in the specific Namibian SEV under academic investigation.
