Training power is the weapon to conquer defectiveness, backwardness, ineffectiveness, inefficiency and maladministration in an organization. Training will be understood as any learning activity which is directed towards the acquisition of specific knowledge and skills for the purpose of an occupation or task without exhausting too much of our time.
