Abstract
This study aims to determine the factors affecting the academic achievement of eighth– grade students the foundation stage. Data were collected by questionnaire for first-grade students of secondary and distributed 300 questionnaires to four government schools secondary analysis method was used to determine the global factors affecting the academic achievement of eighth-grad students the foundation stage and hypotheses of the study is the most important variables on academic achievement are: Income Sudanese pound, the number of daily meals, the parent function, the educational level ofthe father, the educational level ofthe mother. It isles variables impact on academic achievementare: the age of the student, do you have tutorials, is there a follow-up by the parents. And analysis showed the following results: 1. Check the first hypothesis: and that is the most influential variables on academic achievements is more variables on the importance of academic achievement are income Sudanese pound, the number of daily meals, the parent function, the educational level of the father, the educational level of the mother.
2. Check second hypothesis: namely, that theless influential variables on academic achievement are: the age of the student, do you have tutorials.
