Motivation And Employee Productivity A Review Of Literature

The main objective of this paper is to conduct a literature review and investigate on theories and empirical data on the relationship between employee motivation and organizational productivity with the notion of exploring how motivational theories can be utilized to achieve organizational productivity. The findings revealed that there are different theories and methods that can be used for employee motivation and in turn impact productivity. It is imperative to note that maximizing on financial and non-financial rewards play a critical role in motivating employees
