SLEEP QUALITY AND ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE OF STUDENTS

Sleep is a condition of body and mind which typically recurs for plenty of hours every night where the muscles are relaxed, the nervous system is inactive, and consciousness is temporarily suspended. It is also a natural part of human life. It is practically related to learning, practice, and  physical and mental health of a person (Jalali et al., 2020). The capacity of an individual in learning, academic performance, and neural-behavioral functions are affected by their sleep quality.
