The Effect of Security Programs On the Motivation of Expatriates a Case Study of Shell Oil Company, Uganda

ABSTRACT The project consists of five chapters Chapter one is the introduction of the topic that the study was based and it consists of the following, background of the study, problem statement of the research, general objective, specific objectives, research question, and the scope of the study and the significance of the study. Chapter two is literature review it discusses about the three specific objectives in depth using the available resources, the first objective looks at the relationship between organizational security and motivation it has on the expatriates, the second objective is the effect of personal security on the motivation of expatriates. Chapter three is methodology describes the method in which data was collected, the research design, area of the study, study population, sample size, sampling design, validity and reliability of the instruments used to collect the data, and how it was analyzed is included in this chapter. Chapter four presents how data was analyzed and presented, under this chapter the data got from the questionnaires with the support of the three specific objectives was analyzed in percentage and presented in form of tables and graphs. Chapter five is discussion of the findings, conclusion and recommendation. In this chapter discussion of the results derived from the data presented in chapter four is discussed in depth and summarized as summary of the findings, also conclusion, recommendations and areas that need further study pertaining the results are made in this chapter.
