Burnout among Malaysian employees is rising especially during COVID-19 period. Burnout is mostly associated with demands on the job, long hours of job, lack of engagement among the staff and many other factors. Burnout also decreased job satisfaction among the employees. Job dissatisfaction, burnout and stress are related to high rates of nurses leaving the profession, poor morale and patient outcomes. The scope of the study is mainly focusing on the independent variable which are emotional exhaustion, depersonalization and personal accomplishment and dependent variable which is job satisfaction. The location for the study is focusing on a few sections in Bandar Baru Bangi. The respondents are among the healthcare workers which consist of doctors, nurses, pharmacists, physiotherapist and administration workers and engaging with customers and patients. Data analysis in this study uses Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) at univariate and bivariate levels of analyses. Researcher first went through all the questions and if there was any error which means respondents did not answer them properly, the data will not be used in the study. For this study, the alpha level was set at 0.05 level of significance and for independent and dependent variables, researcher analysed them by using the descriptive statistics in SPSS.
