some latest ICT tools like voice messaging. This in no small measure affected

the productivity of the company, it is suggested that the management will

provide Information Communications Technology (ICT), a conducive

environment and challenging practical problems to use this important tool of

management. Finally, it was concluded that for the PHCN to be effective in its

administrative and management role, an efficient Information Communications

Technology, has to be put in place. This involves having an efficient and

effective ICT training in place; resources to practice training must also be in

place. Benefits of ICT should be extended to the other units of the company to

ease communication and coordination. Since ICT is continually changing,

frequent workshops/seminars were suggested to help keep workers abreast of

latest developments. Therefore, in order to continue to exist and be productive,

PHCN must embrace the advantages ICT provides.
