An Enterprise Resource Planning System with Information Sharing and Data Re-Use Capabilities for Hospitals

Abstract Technology is bringing people and activities closer each day. And a quick review of the technological trends for 2018 reveals that the top 10 trends focus on connecting to a big ‘tree’ with heavy reliance on data (Newman, 2018). In other words, the technological trends are such that each individual technology is developing an interface to link and interact with other technologies. We have seen already, that this is eventually giving rise to artificial intelligence, machine learni...

GUI-BASED FLEET PLANNING VISUALISATION TOOL

Abstract Visualising data and interpreting it is a common activity we do on a daily basis. The human mind is able to identify patterns easily and extract information from visual contents much faster than it does from raw data. For this reason, visualisation tools of any kind serve to facilitate understanding of otherwise complex information or situations. Visualisation serves as a very useful tool for planning routes and scheduling tasks. In this project, visualisation is employed to increase...

Firms that deal with legal servi...

ISOLATION, CHARACTERISATION AND BIODEGRADATION ABILITY OF BACTERIA ISOLATED FROM SOIL CONTAMINATED WITH HYDROCARBONS

ABSTRACT Contamination of land and water bodies by crude oil and refined petroleum products is a major challenge worldwide. Indiscriminate disposal of crankcase oil into the environment has increased hydrocarbon pollution in Nigeria. Microorganisms have been identified as major contributors in fighting pollution. The remediation ability of bacteria isolated from hydrocarbon contaminated organic rich soil has not been fully investigated. This research was designed to study in-situ genera and ...
